Since you are considering the purchase of a home, you will want me to represent you and your interest. There is more to representation that showing you homes and writing contracts. And it cost you nothing to be represented!!! The SELLER pays the commission!!!

1. You will want to see all of the homes available that match your criteria, not just the 4-6 that most agents pick out for you to see. (I take the time needed to see you are satisfied with your choice.)

2. You will want help with a critical view of the homes, not someone who is interested in getting a quick sale and does not point out potential problems. (I know many problems you may not be aware of.)

3. You will want someone experienced enough to negotiate on your behalf to achieve the lowest possible price and the best terms for you. (I even teach a class for other agents on the art of negotiation.)

4. You will want someone who is up to date on the ever-changing lender programs that can save you money and time. (I provide a list of excellent lenders and their special programs.)

5. You will want someone who knows really good home inspectors who are efficient and worth using. (I provide a list of what I consider the best in the business.)

6. You will want someone who can write a contract that protects your interest so your earnest money is not at risk. (I’ve never had a client lose their earnest money.)

7. You will want someone who will be with you all the way through closing. (I will be with you for the inspection and attend all closings in person to guard your interest.)

8. You will want someone who can assist with the problems that always seem to arise (I have been through most of these before and will know what to do for you.)

9. You will want someone who operates on your schedule so you don’t have to miss work or other obligation. (I work and am available on a 24/7 schedule. Always available to you. No voice mail needed.)
