Well I can't predict the football winner but I can pick three winners in this real estate market! The first winner is sellers who do NOT have to sell for the next year or so. Wrong time to be changing jobs or moving up in a home. Almost a sure loser. Another winner will be first time home buyers with good credit. Some really great buys to be had, the selection is extensive and interest rates are extremely low. The third winner will be investors who buy to hold and rent. Once again, great choices at low prices plus the tighter credit will keep many more people renting so the rental market should be very good for some time. Well, there you have my winners on Super Bowl Sunday. Not the Patriots or the Giants but people who can make out good in a bad real estate market.
